Quadra provides full architectural and contract administration services in relation to commercial buildings for new build as well as refurbishment. We also provide assistance with Equality Act compliance and space planning advice for existing premises. With our team of consultants, we can review planning, fire safety and energy issues for the client to enable a full financial appraisal to be completed prior to commencing development.
In addition to smaller scale developments, Quadra provides appraisals assessing the potential for development sites, pre-acquisition reports and feasibility studies for prospective developers.
Quadra has advised on the refurbishment of retail areas with particular regard to technical issues as well as working with developers and restaurateurs on a number of projects, assisting on a more local level with new businesses taking up vacant premises and developing their premises as they have grown.
On projects in the education sector, in addition to a full architectural service for new buildings, we provide asset management advice, technical reviews and guidance on fire safety and security of premises.

Quadra provides technical consultancy and has acted as lead consultant and contract administrator on a number of projects for NHS Primary Care Trusts and local GP Practices.
For industrial premises, Quadra provide building condition reports, spatial analysis and rationalisation reports and feasibility plans.
Quadra provides architectural services and specialist technical consultancy on such matters as laboratory standards, ACDP compliance and Home Office regulations.

Quadra has experience of dealing with conservation matters and all the issues associated with historic and Listed Buildings. We have successfully completed conversions, refurbishments and new build extension to Listed residential, commercial and educational buildings.
¨ Railway Projects
Quadra has experience of provision of architectural input to a number of railway projects, assisting one of our consultant colleagues on a series of building types as part of the Network Rail facility upgrade.
